Any order that is not paid within 7 days will be cancelled and returned to stock unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact us if you have any problems with payment.

Layby
We are happy for you to arrange a layby agreement to help spread the cost of your order. Laybys are subject to a 20% deposit (to be paid within 7 days of order) with regular payments to be made over a maximum period of 8 weeks. Payments must be made at least fortnightly. As always, please contact us if you have any problems. Laybys that do not adhere to these terms will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made. A $5 non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled laybys.

Custom slot orders
Custom and semi-custom slots require a deposit (payable on checkout) with the balance to be paid once the order is completed. You will be advised of the total for your order once your final fabric/size etc choices have been made. Payments are due within 7 days of checkout/invoice as per our standard conditions.
