Returns
Unwashed and unworn nappies may be returned within 7 days for exchange for the correct size or refund (excluding postage). If you have any other problems at all, please contact us to resolve the issue. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded (depending on the nature of the fault) for up to 3 months from date of purchase.
